About the observation mission of the CEC member of the Republic of Artsakh

     CEC Member of the Republic of Artsakh is in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

     The presidential elections to the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic are being held today, on 12 December, while CEC Member of the Republic of Artsakh Araik Lazaryan is there to observe the presidential elections.
