Nominations are underway

     NKR Central Electoral Commission continues to receive the applications of the nominated citizens and political parties for participating in the regular elections to the NKR National Assembly scheduled on May 3, 2015. 

     According to the data of  17 March of the current year three political parties  and parties with 14 candidates in the electoral lists, as well as, party with 35 candidates have submitted electoral lists of candidates under the proportional system to the Central Electoral Commission. 

     According to the preliminary data provided by the territorial electoral commissions in 9  of 11 constituencies of the Republic 19 citizens have been nominated under the majoritarian system, moreover 5 of them in the form of self-nomination.Two candidates have been nominated by party, two by Artsakh Democratic party, three by party, seven by party. 10 of the citizens nominated under the majoritarian system are non-partisan. 

     More information on the nominations, including nominated citizens will be published by the Central Electoral Commission on March 20 of the current year ,the following day of the deadline for nominations.
