Aram Sargsyan has been received a certificate to a deputy

     On October 9, 2018 the Territorial Electoral Commission of Stepanakert, according to Part 8 and Part 9 of Article 72 and Point 1 of Part 1 of Article 124 of the Artsakh Republic Electoral Code, summarized the final results of the voting of the by-elections to a deputy of the National Assembly under the majoritarian system   in constituency N 2 and made a decision on it. According to that decision, Aram A. Sargsyan   has been elected as a deputy to the Artsakh Republic National Assembly   in Constituency No. 2 with 1070 votes.

   Today Chairperon of the Central Electoral Commission of the Artsakh Republic S. Arzumanyan, on behalf of the commission, congratulated Aram Sargsyan   on being elected and handed him a certificate to a deputy to the National Assembly.
