The number of voters by 14:00

     According to the information from Askeran, Martakert, and Martuni TECs of the Artsakh Republic, by 14:00 268 voters had taken part in the elections.

Khachmach   58 (40.6 %)

Cakhashat     43 (42.2 %)

Martakert region

Nor Khazanchi  46 (46.9 %)

Martuni region

Herher  121 (30.3 %)
