A number of decisions arising from the Electoral Code have been published

As we have already informed 57 normative decisions arising from the Artsakh Republic Electoral Code entered into force on January 1, 2020, have been adopted at the session of the AR Central Electoral Commission on January 15, 2020.

The aforementioned decisions were sent to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh on the same day for state legal expertise and were published by the AR Ministry of Justice on AR Official Bulletin N01 (392) of 17.01.2020.

The decisions entered into force on January 18, 2020.
