On developments in the composition of Martuni TEC of the Artsakh Republic

     According to parts 1 and 2 of Article 43 and paragraph 3, part 4 of Article 45 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Artsakh, the following changes took place in the composition of Martuni TEC (territorial election commission) of the Artsakh Republic, on 3 September 2021.

     According to her own statement, the powers of the secretary of the Martuni TEC of the Artsakh Republic, Ruzanna S.Harutyunyan, were prematurely suspended.

     Mane A. Grigoryan was appointed а member of Martuni TEC by the representative of the President of the Artsakh Republic, a member of the CEC – A. Lazaryan.
