Preventive and protective measures are being taken

As previously stated by the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh, due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection in the world, at the aim of preserving the epidemic stable situation in our Republic, taking into account  the  strictly  necessity of  holding the upcoming March 31, 2020 elections of national significance in a high level , the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh initiated a number of preventive and protective  measures  in cooperation with the interdepartmental Commission of the Artsakh Republic, which coordinates efforts to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. In particular, based solely on the super-task of preserving the health of the voters, a number of measures have been implemented to ensure the sanitary and hygienic condition of the precinct centers on the day of the voting and the health of the precinct electoral commissions, voters and other persons. 

     So, those who are in precinct centers (members of the electoral Commission, voters and other persons) will be provided with disposable masks, gloves, disinfectants (alcohol, chlorinator), in precinct centers there will be guide-medical indications. The polling stations will be disinfected in advance. Each voter will be provided with an individual pen for making an entry when voting. All the state medical institutions of the Republic of Artsakh will be on duty around the clock on the day of voting.

      Having good health is very important for all of us. We shall definitely implement our suffrage in safe conditions.
