A NUMBER OF CEC DECISIONS HAVE RECEIVED A STATE REGISTRATION

     As we have already informed, a number of normative decisions were adopted at the session of  February 18, 2019 which  refer  to the adoption or amendment of the Constitution by the procedure of the civil initiative or proposing the draft law to the National Assembly or the organization of collecting signatures for putting the draft law to the Referendum.

     We inform that the mentioned decisions have  received a state registration on February 20 of the current year in the Ministry of Justice of the Artsakh Republic, published in the Bulletin of the NKR Departmental Legal Acts ( N03 (167) of 20.02.2019) and will enter into force on March 2, 2019.

 Below are the CEC decisions;

     1.”On  the decision of forming an initiative group and the procedure of the activity of the initiative group, on the decision of forming an initiative group and appointing an authorized representative of the initiative group and on defining the forms of the certificates given to the member of the civil initiative and the authorized representative” N2-N.

     2. ” On defining the procedure of  collecting the signatures, the form of the signatures and the forms of the statement  issued notary on joining the collection of the signatures in place” N 3-N.

     3. “On defining the procedure of the signature validity approval” N 4-N.
