Kichan has a new Community Head and Van new members to Council of Elders

On November 17 of the current year early elections to a Community Head in Kichan Community of the AR Martakert’s region and members to the Council of Elders in Van Community of AR Kashatagh’s region were conducted.

     According to the data received from the respective territorial electoral commissions Arto Hakobyan  has been elected the Head of Kichan Community and in Van Community the all nominated five members have been elected to the Council of Elders.
