On July 7, 2014 an early meeting of NKR Central Electoral Commission was convoked under the leadership of Chairperson  of the commission S. Arzumanyan. 
    The sample of the ballot of the local referendums relating to the union of Chartar and Ghuze Chartar communities of  NKR Martuni՝s region scheduled on July 20, 2014 has been discussed and approved ( question is as follows; «Are you for the communities Chartar and Ghuze Chartar of NKR Martuni՝s region to be united in one  Chartar community?»). 
    The issue on preparing and holding of upcoming August 24, 2014 ordinary elections of Council Members in Zuar community of NKR Shahumyan՝s region  has also been discussed  at the meeting of Central Electoral Commission. According to the approved scedule the formation of thes commission of the polling station of Zuar is provided from July 29 till August 1 of the current year and the nomination of the candidates of Council Members from July 25 till July 30, and the registration is from July 30 till August 4. 
    At the meeting it was noted that Seyran Grigoryan has been elected Head of Arakel community of Hadrut՝s region at the result of the elections held on July 6, 2014.
