On December 1, 2013 early elections of Community Heads were held in the community of Tsakuri, region of Hadrut and in the community of Chapar, region of Martakert (NKR).

According to the final protocols of the Territorial Electoral Commissions of Hadrut and Martakert the following have been elected as Community Heads:

Kamo Khachatryan (non-partisan) in Tsakuri community (region of Hadrut);

Vardges Saghyan (non-partisan) in Chapar community (region of Martakert); 

The elections were held in line with the requirements of the Electoral Code of the NKR.

No complaints about the process and results of the voting have been filed and there has been no demand for a recount of ballots.
