Report

On February 9, 2014 regular elections of Council of Elders in the community of Hovtashen,  a region of Martakert, as well as of Community Head and Council of Elders  in  the community of Aghavno and Ghazarapat, regions of Qashatagh, were held.

According to the final protocols of the Territorial Electoral Commissions of  Martakert and Qashatagh    

Council of Elders  have been elected in the community of Hovtashen (region of Martakert), and  in the communities of Aghavno and Ghazarapat (regions of Qashatagh).
Miasnik  Matevosyan was elected  Community Head in the community of Aghavno,region of Qashatagh.
The elections were held in line with the requirements of the Electoral Code of the NKR.
No complaints about the process and results of the voting have been filed and there has been no demand for a recount of ballots.
