At the regular meeting of the CRC

     On February 10, 2017 a regular meeting of the NKR Central Referendum Commission was held under the leadership of the commission Chairperson Srbuhi Arzumanyan.

     Based upon Paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Article 48 and Article 122 of the NKR Electoral Code, the sample of a ballot of upcoming February 20, 2017 by-elections to a deputy of the NKR National Assembly under the majoritarian system in N 5 Constituency was discussed and established. It will be pink and will include data on two candidates.

     The Chairperson of the Central Referendum Commission represented and the Commission took note a brief information on the process of the preparatory work of February 20, 2017 Referendum concerning the draft Constitution of the Artsakh Republic.

      Concluding the meeting, Srbuhi Arzumanyan touched upon the main plans for the future.
