The preliminary results of the Referendum voting were summarized at the CRC session

     On February 21, 2017 a regular session of the NKR Central Referendum Commission was conducted under the leadership of S. Arzumanyan.

     Based upon Part 1 of Article 34 of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Law < On Referendum> and taking into account the preliminary results of the voting in the constituencies received from the NKR Territorial Referendum Commissions and Referendum precinct centre, the NKR Central Referendum Commission decided to approve the protocol of the preliminary results of February 20, 2017 Referendum on the draft Constitution of the Artsakh Republic at the meeting held at 19.00.

     According to that protocol, the total number of the citizens eligible to participate in the Referendum per the lists compiled 103 818 persons, the total number of the voting participants – 79 428 voters, the number of the ballots voted “for”  was  69 570, the number of the ballots voted “ against” was 7 686, the amount of inaccuracies was 0.
