ON THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING COURSES

The Artsakh Republic Central Electoral Commission organizes professional training courses for the candidates to the members of the electoral commissions in the regions of the Republic and in Stepanakert city in February of 2020.

 The AR citizens, having right to be involved in the electoral commissions, can participate in the training courses on the basis of their application or the application submitted by the party.

National Assembly Deputies, State Minister of the Artsakh Republic, Ministers and their deputies, , Community Heads and Members of the Council of Elders of the community, Administration Heads (the Mayor of  Stepanakert) and their deputies, judges, prosecutors officers of the Investigative Committee, persons serving in Police and Bodies of National Security Service, servants in the Service for Compulsory Execution of Judicial Acts, employees in the state emergency services, military servicemen, proxies, representatives of the candidates to the President of the Republic, representatives of the parties (party alliances) participating in the elections to the National Assembly, observers, candidates to the President of the Republic, candidates to the parties (party alliances) involved in the electoral lists participating in the elections to the National Assembly, as well as persons who have been convicted for crimes provided by Articles 147-158.2 of AR Criminal Code may not participate in the training courses.

  By the results of the test, after the training, the citizens who have good marks , will be given the opportunity to be involved in the electoral commissions and they will receive a relevant certificate.

  The applications are received from January 22, 2020 to January 31, 2020 inclusively, on working days, from 9.00 to 18.00.

5)      In Martouni region – at the Territorial Electoral Commission of Martouni (c. Martouni, V. Khachatryan 33, tel; 047-82-20-66, 097-20-96-00)

      Together with the application a citizen should also submit a copy of his passport or any identification document.

The party (party alliance) together with the application should submit the list of the citizens who want to participate in the training courses. The list should also be submitted by electronic carrier -by Microsoft Excel version.

The party (party alliance) may suggest a date and a place of conducting the training course if in the list attached to the application there are more than 20 citizens who want to participate in the training course.

      The relevant Territorial Electoral Commission should give further information on the place, day and time of the organization of the training course and an announcement should be published on the website of the AR Central Electoral Commission no later than 3 days prior to the conduct of the training course.
