ON THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING COURSES

The  Artsakh Republic Central Electoral Commission organizes professional training courses for the candidates to the members of the electoral commissions in several regions of the Republic in July and August of 2018.

 The AR citizens, having right to be involved in the electoral commissions, can participate in the training courses.

     National Assembly Deputies, Judges, Prosecutors, Ministers and their deputies, Administration Heads ( the Mayor of  Stepanakert ) and their deputies, Community Heads and Members of the Council of Elders, persons serving in Police and Bodies of National Security Service, servants in the Service for Compulsory Execution of Judicial Acts, military servicemen as well as persons who have been convicted for crimes provided by Articles 147-158 of AR Criminal Code may not participate in the training courses.

  By the results of the test, after the training, the citizens who have good marks, (according to the questionnaire) will receive a certificate of qualification and the opportunity to be involved in the electoral commissions.

  The applications are received from June 28 to July 12   inclusively, on working days, from  9.00 to18.00.

      In Askeran region- at the Territorial Electoral Commission of Askeran (N. Stepanyan 14, Askeran city, tel; 047-67-76-47)

1)   In Martakert region – at the Territorial Electoral Commission of Martakert (Sakharovi 15, Martakert city,  tel; 047-42-13-61),

2)   In Shahoumyan  region – at the Territorial Electoral Commission of  Shahoumyan (Community  House, Karvachar city,  tel; 097-38-79-10),

3)   In Kashatagh region – at the Territorial Electoral Commission of Kashatagh (the 5th Avenue, House 33/1, Berdzor city,  tel; 047-75-23-75)

4)   In Shoushi region – at the Territorial Electoral Commission of Shoushi (N. Douman 1, Shoushi city,  tel; 047-73-18-31),

      Together with the application a citizen also submits a copy of his passport or any identification document.

      The relevant Territorial Electoral Commission should give further information on the place, day and time of the organization of the training course and an announcement should be published on the website of the AR Central Electoral Commission no later than 3 days prior to the conduct of the training course.
