Deputies of the newly elected National Assembly have been registered and received certificates

IMG_20200515_121449Today, on May 15 the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh made a decision to register deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh and issue a Deputy’s certificate.

     In accordance with Paragraph 11 of Part 2 of Article 51, Parts 6 and 7 of Article 120 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Artsakh and the decisions of the Central Electoral Commission of the Artsakh Republic of  April 7, 2020 N 112 I and “On election of the National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic and the distribution of mandates” and the Central Electoral Commission of the Artsakh Republic, dated 21 April, 2020 N 130-I, “Election of Arayik Vladimirovich Harutyunyan as the President of the Republic Artsakh», taking into account the applications on the refusal of the Deputy mandate of Karen Danielyan, Lusine Karakhanyan and Aram Sarkisyan “Free Motherland-UCA” party alliance), Anush Dolukhanyan, Dima Arstamyan, Siran Avetisyan, Anush Abrahamyan, Merine Ghazaryan, Armen Poghosyan, Nonna Balasanyan, Hovik Khachatryan, Armen Agadzhanyan, Lilith Sargsyan, Lernik Hakobyan, Arayik Jamalyan, David Grigoryan, Sevan Petrosyan and Taguhi Alaverdyan (the party ” United Homeland), Vitaly Balasanyan (Justice party of Artsakh) and Ashot Gulyan (Democratic party of Artsakh) included in the electoral lists who participated in the regular elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh on March 31, 2020 and received at least 5% of the total number of the ballots voted “Yes”and the number of inaccuracies, (in the case of a party alliance-7%), the relevant Protocol was drawn up in the Central Electoral Commission.

 

According to that Protocol, by the results of the regular elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh held on March 31, 2020, the following deputies have registered-

   The traditional ceremony of presenting certificates to the elected deputies at the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh was not held due to the need to observe the established procedure in connection with the emergency situation in the Republic of Artsakh in order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus. 

The certificates were sent to the deputies.
The Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Artsakh congratulates all newly elected deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh and wishes them fruitful work and success: 

   At the same time we inform that in accordance with the provisions of Part 1 of Article 28 of the Law of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic “the National Assembly Regulations”, the Chairperson of the Central Electoral Commission of the Artsakh Republic announced that on May 21, 2020 at 10:00 the first session of the newly elected National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic 7-th convocation will be convened.
