Newly elected MPs received certificates

By the results of by-elections to the National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic  under the majoritarian system held on September 9, 2018  Erik Harutyunyan from Constituency No. 10 and Gegham Stepanyan from Constituency No. 11 have been elected deputies.

      Today Chairperon of the Central Electoral Commission of the Artsakh Republic S. Arzumanyan, on behalf of the commission, congratulated the newly elected MPs on being elected and handed them certificates to deputies to the National Assembly.
