The voting has started

     AR Territorial Electoral Commissions report that all 277 polling stations have opened at 8.00 a.m. and the voting has started.

       We remind that today in 228 communities of the Artsakh Republic elections to the local self-government bodies are being held, in which 103010 voters have the right to participate.

 409 candidates to a Community Head and 1394 candidates to the Council of Elders are participating in the elections.

      Most candidates to a Community Head -278 persons or 68 percent are non partisan, 154 (37,7 %) are acting Community Heads, 15 candidates (3,7%) are female.
