The election started

281 polling stations in Artsakh as well as one in Yerevan, Armenia opened at 8:00 a.m. The election process has started. In Shushi penitentiary the election will start at 11:00 a.m.

Let us recall that today Artsakh elects a new President and a new Parliament (National Assembly). 103,663 voters are eligible to vote.

14 candidates are running for president. 10 political parties and 2 blocks which in total have 359 candidates compete for the 33 seats in the National Assembly.
